Dr. Zuniga is very knowledgeable. I'm sure that she is extremely skilled in her field. However for me her interactions are not there. I feel that she needs to talk to me as a friend. By saying that I mean I left the office feeling like there was no hope in my physical problem. I made an appointment for 6 months but why? Like I said earlier, no give on her part to make me feel mentally better. I guess to summarize why spend the time or money for very little in return.

Stern and grim. Never smiled or eye contact on arrival. I had a specific worry or concern which I tried to convey to her and all she said was "well it doesn't work that way" and shut me down.

A nice and knowledgeable lady. Took the time to explain every concern we had and listened to our questions. I would highly recommend Dr Jones.

I was able to ask many questions and even had her (Dr. Jones) to spell certain nutrients and vitamins that needed to be increased in my daily intake for maximum health benefits. I felt understood and heard. She even gave me helpful feedback on how to keep my hair soft when I swim daily.

I am very impressed

My insurance changed and I had to leave Mayo Clinic so I’ve been trying to find a new neurologist. After a few Dr,s I tried I was just gonna have to settle until I was referred to Dr. Jones. This is my first visit to this neurologist. Dr. Jones is amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like she cared about me and she even gave me samples of medicine until I got mine. The nurse I had in the room while waiting for the doctor was also great. I really love this doctor and I don’t feel like I’m settling! The reason I only gave four stars is because the staff upfront was not friendly in anyway. People that go to a neurologist usually have a serious problem. They’re not just going to get a runny nose checked. Having MS or some other disease is a very scary thing, I personally feel a certain way when I have to go to these appointments and I would like to be treated kindly. When I arrived, I stood in front of the desk for a couple minutes looking the receptionist while she looked at her computer. All she could’ve done was say hi there I’ll be right with you. She’s literally a foot away from me(I am taller than her computer screen) so she knows I was standing there. When she was finally ready to help me, she looked at me and says yah, so that was my first impression of this office. Then when I was leaving, I had to ask a question and the guy acted like I was just bothering him.

She was attentive, thorough, patient & understanding. Good visit.

Dr.Jones is a exceptional Neurologists that practices in the greater Phoenix Area. She has been my Physician for about 2 years and I've never felt such care and empathy from a doctor that cares for me on a regular basis. We have a very complicated seizure history with many other health issues. Dr. Jones straight up said he needs an epileptologist as she wants the best care for him. Her office will get him in to another clinic with what he needs. How great it is for a Doctor to be so honest and not dabble in your care. Dr. Jones is ON POINT. She solved a 14 year long headache that I had by going over my options and let me select the option that best fit my life (Botox). When I started having issues with my epilepsy, she took the time to discuss with me what I felt was going on, and then worked with me to try something new. She has been very patient and kind. She isn't one of those doctors who makes you schedule unnecessary appointments. She is a pleasure to have on my medical team!

I have Multiple Sclerosis which will sometimes cause random issues to come up that I need to call my neurologist. I love that when I leave a message with their office, Dr Zuniga always gets back to me promptly and helps me figure out what is causing the issues. She seems to actually take an interest in my well being.

Dr. Jones is an anomaly in today’s healthcare environment. Shockingly, her schedule seems to frequently be on time. She maintains eye contact. She asks questions. She delivers Information confidently, but leaves room for your interpretation. If only she had the time to be teaching other physicians how to deliver quality care.

First I have to appreciate the hours the practice and Drs have. Was able to book appt within a week of referral from pcp. Dr. Zuniga listened to all my symptoms and I believe has diagnosed my problem. If you have any spinning sensation in your head and a constant feeling of walking on a boat, go see her!

Complete waste of time, I was referred to this office and when I spoke to the doctor, she asked me why I was there and looked like she had no idea why I was there, she had no referral paperwork or a tablet or anything and told me if I stop drinking I won’t have seizures, but my concern is that there may be underlying issues and if that’s the case, and there was no point in me going to this office. However, the doctor seemed clueless as to why I was there and over the last two days I’ve been going back-and-forth between my primary care and this office and have yet to get any results on what to do moving forward, I had two seizures and had to be hospitalized for nearly a week, And the doctor pretty much just sent me out the door not even trying to address any other underlying medical issues or concerns. Very disappointing to me. It was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Jones has an excellent bedside manner. She listens carefully for your concerns, and comes up with a plan WITH you. She doesn't just write a script and off you go. She takes the time to really listen and I found her to be very empathetic. Dealing with migraines for about 3 years, and I finally found relief by coming to Dr Jones. Her office staff is wonderful. I was scheduled once at wrong location showed up and was told Dr Jones was at the other office, but they immediately apologized and rescheduled me to correct location. Overall the experience and visit were good. I felt a little rushed when I checked in, the team was a little abrasive, but the Dr was great. I completed some online paper work but had to redo it when I got the the office, so maybe don't waste too much time completing the online portion. Dr was knowledgeable and was able to pin point the problem. She provided options that I felt comfortable with.

Dr. Jones is amazing! She’s the neurologist that discovered my husband had NPH, we had previously seen three other neurologist. She is thorough and kind, and genuinely cares about her patients. I’m a patient of hers now as I have essential tremors. I’ve recommended her often. My best friend is being treated by her now and is equally happy with her. I’m very thankful we were blessed to find her!

I would definitely recommend Dr.Jones her one on one care is exceptional, with my past neurologists I was in and out quickly. Dr Jones has taken the time to review my condition and offered me new options and treatments that I did not know were available to me.

It was great from begining to end! The front end girlwas very pleasant and helpful, to the Dr's nurse who gathers your info for the doctor. Dr. Z is very thorough and explains everything. I went to the office on 32nd street, very easy to find. Office was really nice, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The nurse that did the intake was also very nice and sweet. Dr. Zuniga was very helpful and seemed to really understand and care that migraines are a struggle for me. We talked about different medications and supplements as well to help reduce my 8-12 migraine days a month. Happy with the out come and felt better about the plan we laid out to help prevent future migraines!

Once I got to the office, everything was on time and done well. I have an issue with the inability to confirm appt on line which should stop all reminders like at other healthcare offices. I received texts and emails and phone calls without the ability to confirm over text or email. A huge bummer. Then I had to call back to a phone call reminder because I was unable to pick up when called. When I called back to confirm, I had to go through several steps to confirm. A total waste of my time.

There was no one in the waiting room when I arrived and only one person there on my departure. When I make an appointment I find it unprofessional to have to wait an entire hour before being seen. I know things happen and never become difficult in those situations but nonetheless feel it disrespectful of my time.

Wow! She was the best. Dr. Jones was professional, but personable, kind, and so thorough! After switching to her office due to an awful experience with a hostile neurologist from a different place, we were quite relieved and very pleased. Not only was Dr. Jones exceptional, but the office staff are outgoing and helpful. The Center for Neurology and Spine on Bell Road is an outstanding choice if you’re in need.

This was my first visit and I was pleased with the office, staff and Dr. I was seen promptly and my concerns were taken seriously. I was asked questions and given the option for my follow up care. This office feels very organized and works as a team. I look forward to continued contact!

My first visit and I’m so impressed by what the dr noticed about me just by looking at me.

Dr. Zuniga is wonderful! I have a few rare diseases and she was able to sort through the mess they caused to help me find relief from the stabbing and twitching episodes I had been having while also making sure nothing to serious was going on. I have been having problems since I was 2 years old and she is the first doctor to actually take me seriously and look for the problem. I would highly recommend her.

Good patient care

I had an EMG. This is the second EMG that I've had. The first one was with another provider at a different organization. The first was tourtous!!! Dr. Zuniga was through and let me know what she was doing before she did it. Never once did she dig around like the previous doctor. Excellent doctor! Would highly recommend!!

Dr. Jones can understand how I feel and is concerned about the pain. She is committed to finding a solution to my migraines that fits my lifestyle. I’m blessed to have her taking care of my health issues.

I had an appt for 3:00 I arrived early, I then was told it would be an hour later before I could see doctor. I left work early to make this appt. Which cost me money. I have been waiting for an appt sense june 2023.

Doctor was very thorough and I left the appointment feeling like all the pieces of the puzzle were coming together. Front desk staff was also very polite. Great experience.

Dr Jones and the CNS staff. I wanted to take a minute to personally recognize the excellent efforts from Chris Martinez over the last two weeks. I have been working with Chris to get medical reports for my Mom faxed over from several other doctor offices. This has been a very difficult process with the other doctor's offices, but not CNS. Chris was very responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. This is very rare to find in medical offices these days. Please pass this on to Chris and the rest of the staff. Thank you. This was my 2nd appointment with Dr. Zuniga. She is thorough, listens and is attentive. She makes sure to go over all my options and makes sure I am comfortable with my health plan. Highly recommend.

Outstanding. Staff excellent. Dr Jones is a no nonsense expert with an eye to the solution for your problem. While I do believe the VA has very good Doctors, Dr Jones focused in on lack of sleep and pinpointed a med applicable to fixing it. I like her a lot and look forward to working with her.
