I just got started with Center for Neurology and Spine and I've already had a great experience. I got the impression immediately that their team knew what they were doing. It's a small thing, but the medical assistant gave clear directions when we walked around the office. Dr. Jones was very focused and respectful. Shoutout to the person at the front desk, he was both quick and patient. Whatever the outcome, I'm sure they'll be compassionate and explain everything well.

Dr. Jones is the best! She spends a lot of time with her patients and is actually actively listening and making eye contact with you while conversing. Dr. Zuniga was wonder. She was so gentle with my sore feet and especially my toes . Confirmed I do have neuropathy. Lined up tests to get some help for me. And to hopefully figure out what all is going on with my legs, feet, toes and ankles. She speaks softly and explained in terms I understood, and made me feel assured I was finally going to get some real help. Her voice made me calm down, as I was so nervous about talking to her today. All the staff in the office were also nice and helped me set up appointments at MY convience, but ASAP. I’m looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend their office.

I have high praises for Dr Jones. In the appointments I have had with her, she has been punctual, caring, has taken the time to truly listen to me when discussing my symptoms, is extremely knowledgeable, has outlined recommendations, and together discussed and agreed upon plans to implement. The diagnostic appointments needed based on our agreed upon plan were scheduled and held, both in her office and with an outside provider. In my follow-up appointment with Dr Jones herself after all the testing, she discussed results of the testing in language I could understand, she discussed updated recommendations and potential options for my issues, and followed through on implementing what we discussed. I even got a follow-up text that the medication I was prescribed had been sent and to which pharmacy (by name, address, and phone number. That is superb customer service. And she has made sure all my questions have been answered each time. I have always felt valued as a patient and the practice portrays a warm and welcoming environment. I wish all doctors would use her, and her office, as a model for patient care. Thank you, Dr Jones.

I am so comfortable with Dr Zuniga. She actually knows who I am health history wise as well as personally. She listens, (and her responses to me shows that she really listens) and takes what I am saying and asking seriously and doesn’t just glaze over them. I do not feel rushed with her. I also want to complement the staff. They are all smart, good natured and seem to really enjoy where they are and what they are doing. This clinic runs like a good clinic should run (and this is not common these days). I have told my PCP about Dr Zuniga and this clinic as being a reliable place to refer any neuro patients to.

Stern and grim. Never smiled or eye contact on arrival. I had a specific worry or concern which I tried to convey to her and all she said was "well it doesn't work that way" and shut me down.

My insurance changed and I had to leave Mayo Clinic so I’ve been trying to find a new neurologist. After a few Dr,s I tried I was just gonna have to settle until I was referred to Dr. Jones. This is my first visit to this neurologist. Dr. Jones is amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like she cared about me and she even gave me samples of medicine until I got mine. The nurse I had in the room while waiting for the doctor was also great. I really love this doctor and I don’t feel like I’m settling! The reason I only gave four stars is because the staff upfront was not friendly in anyway. People that go to a neurologist usually have a serious problem. They’re not just going to get a runny nose checked. Having MS or some other disease is a very scary thing, I personally feel a certain way when I have to go to these appointments and I would like to be treated kindly. When I arrived, I stood in front of the desk for a couple minutes looking the receptionist while she looked at her computer. All she could’ve done was say hi there I’ll be right with you. She’s literally a foot away from me(I am taller than her computer screen) so she knows I was standing there. When she was finally ready to help me, she looked at me and says yah, so that was my first impression of this office. Then when I was leaving, I had to ask a question and the guy acted like I was just bothering him.

We have a very complicated seizure history with many other health issues. Dr. Jones straight up said he needs an epileptologist as she wants the best care for him. Dr. Jones is ON POINT. She solved a 14 year long headache that I had by going over my options and let me select the option that best fit my life (Botox). When I started having issues with my epilepsy, she took the time to discuss with me what I felt was going on, and then worked with me to try something new. She has been very patient and kind. She isn't one of those doctors who makes you schedule unnecessary appointments. She is a pleasure to have on my medical team!

I have Multiple Sclerosis which will sometimes cause random issues to come up that I need to call my neurologist. I love that when I leave a message with their office, Dr Zuniga always gets back to me promptly and helps me figure out what is causing the issues. She delivers Information confidently, but leaves room for your interpretation. If only she had the time to be teaching other physicians how to deliver quality care.

Doctor Zuniga was pleasant, made me aware of every step of the procedures she was preforming . She asked every time if I was comfortable with the treatment and let me know I could decline at any time. I would recommend her to others

First I have to appreciate the hours the practice and Drs have. Was able to book appt within a week of referral from pcp. Dr. Zuniga listened to all my symptoms and I believe has diagnosed my problem. If you have any spinning sensation in your head and a constant feeling of walking on a boat, go see her!

Complete waste of time, I was referred to this office and when I spoke to the doctor, she asked me why I was there and looked like she had no idea why I was there, she had no referral paperwork or a tablet or anything and told me if I stop drinking I won’t have seizures, but my concern is that there may be underlying issues and if that’s the case, and there was no point in me going to this office. However, the doctor seemed clueless as to why I was there and over the last two days I’ve been going back-and-forth between my primary care and this office and have yet to get any results on what to do moving forward, I had two seizures and had to be hospitalized for nearly a week, And the doctor pretty much just sent me out the door not even trying to address any other underlying medical issues or concerns. Very disappointing to me. It was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Jones has an excellent bedside manner. She listens carefully for your concerns, and comes up with a plan WITH you. She doesn't just write a script and off you go. She takes the time to really listen and I found her to be very empathetic. Dealing with migraines for about 3 years, and I finally found relief by coming to Dr Jones. Her office staff is wonderful. I was scheduled once at wrong location showed up and was told Dr Jones was at the other office, but they immediately apologized and rescheduled me to correct location. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr Jones was very helpful to provide the details of my situation and assure me of everything I could experience at the surgery and allayed my fears. She was very helpful and treated me with respect and was very professional as usual.

Overall the experience and visit were good. I felt a little rushed when I checked in, the team was a little abrasive, but the Dr was great. I completed some online paper work but had to redo it when I got the the office, so maybe don't waste too much time completing the online portion. Dr was knowledgeable and was able to pin point the problem. She provided options that I felt comfortable with.

Dr. Jones is amazing! She’s the neurologist that discovered my husband had NPH, we had previously seen three other neurologist. She is thorough and kind, and genuinely cares about her patients. I’m a patient of hers now as I have essential tremors. I’ve recommended her often. My best friend is being treated by her now and is equally happy with her. I’m very thankful we were blessed to find her!

I would definitely recommend Dr.Jones her one on one care is exceptional, with my past neurologists I was in and out quickly. Dr Jones has taken the time to review my condition and offered me new options and treatments that I did not know were available to me.

It was great from begining to end! The front end girlwas very pleasant and helpful, to the Dr's nurse who gathers your info for the doctor. Dr. Z is very thorough and explains everything. I would definitely recommend her. My only down fall to having to go here is that I had to travel 200 miles, but worth the trip!

I went to the office on 32nd street, very easy to find. Office was really nice, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The nurse that did the intake was also very nice and sweet. Dr. Zuniga was very helpful and seemed to really understand and care that migraines are a struggle for me. We talked about different medications and supplements as well to help reduce my 8-12 migraine days a month. Happy with the out come and felt better about the plan we laid out to help prevent future migraines!

Once I got to the office, everything was on time and done well. I have an issue with the inability to confirm appt on line which should stop all reminders like at other healthcare offices. I received texts and emails and phone calls without the ability to confirm over text or email. A huge bummer. Then I had to call back to a phone call reminder because I was unable to pick up when called. When I called back to confirm, I had to go through several steps to confirm. A total waste of my time.

Dr. Zuniga was a pleasure. I felt comfortable in her care. I appreciated her knowledge and quick diagnosis of my problem. My only complaint was the hour long wait. There was no one in the waiting room when I arrived and only one person there on my departure. When I make an appointment I find it unprofessional to have to wait an entire hour before being seen. I know things happen and never become difficult in those situations but nonetheless feel it disrespectful of my time.

Dr. Jones is the type of doctor every patient should want on their team. She's very smart and very knowledgeable. But her most important quality is that she listens. And she's very caring but tells you the truth of your situation, good or bad. I highly recommend her Dr. Rebecca Jones. Also, the rest of the medical office , both front and back, are exceptional and caring.
