I appreciate “the conservative approach”- especially when the subject is my brain and nervous system! 3 Also deeply appreciate that she caught one of the medicines prescribed to me was no longer a safe choice given my medical issues. I would have hated finding that out the hard way. Very happy to have such a clearly competent doctor on my medical care team.

I was a first time patient. Got there early to fill out paperwork. As I was there was two front receptionist greeting and taking calls. There is no privacy wall and you can hear everything. One lady was talking to a patient over phone and arguing about where they need to go for a scan. The tone was not what I typically would hear from a Dr office. After she hung up, the two talked about the call. I met with the Dr. and she listened to why I was referred. She sketched on a piece of paper what is happening and then told me quickly what maintenance or meds I’d take, but told me when a symptom arises I can call to get the RX. Didn’t make much sense to me as my symptoms can come on any time, day or night. I left feeling defeated and that I had wasted time and money to be told I needed to continue being in pain. Not sure why I was referred to a neurological specialist if they can’t do anything that my primary doctor would do for me.

Dr. Jones. Is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced doctors I have ever met. She is calm and professional and welcomes all questions and provides solid answers. If she doesn’t know an answer, she will tell you. I have been seeing her for a couple of years and am also pleased with her staff. You won’t find a better doctor.

I went in to see Dr. Jones for a movement disorder. I spent more time filling out paperwork than she spent time with me. She didn't bother doing a physical exam of my movements. She seemed uninterested in my care. She was quick to throw pills at me. I will not be returning.

I’m happy to say I’m just had my pre-infusion exam with Dr Jones on 5/15/26. She always takes time to listen to worries, concerns, and answers all my questions. After coming out of a very near tragedy and lengthy hospital stay with neuro rehab, we charted our best course of actions moving forward. She put my mind at ease with her treatment orders as well as follow up blood draws to track labs and treatment. She’s the best MS Neurologist I know of. I can’t tell you how pleasant she is to interact with, both professionally and as a friend. Her staff is very supportive and accommodating to me and friendly as well.

Dr. Jones is kind and caring. She not only asks how you are doing but what can she do to help you. She will review any lab work or imaging done with you and develop a plan of care with you. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was a new patient and thought the Doctor would spend more time with me than she did. I was filling out my first patient paperwork (thought the Doctor would look at before she spoke with me) and was called back before I was able to complete it. I went back and Dr. Rebecca Jones did not look at my back and feel where my pain was. She had no bedside manner and was very rude. My PCP Doctor took more time to understand what was going on with me than she did. She gave no insight or suggestions that were helpful. It was so quick when I left even the front office said “that was fast”. I felt like it was just an appointment to take my money. Dr. Jones did not help or encourage me in any way. She was cold and had no empathy whatsoever. Please do not go to this Doctors office it will make you lose your faith in Doctors.

I have PPMS, and I’ve been with Dr Rebecca Jones for 3-1/2 years now since I switched to Ocrevus. I’m so glad I found her because she takes just enough time to hear what I’m saying, and then comes up with the ongoing treatment plans and suggestions. She’s an MS neurologist-specialist, which is much better than a general neurologist. There’s nuances in MS that specialist are in tune with more, in my personal opinion. I can tell she’s passionate about her practice as well as her patients, and she’s really the only one I trust treating me in the precarious yet vicious disease of MS.

Dr Jones is great. My wife is her patient and in our last visit both our adult children were present. Dr Jones was very engaged with all our questions and very helpful in charting a way forward for some physical therapy and mental care.

I basically felt the Dr was wanting to get out of there as quickly as possible. She was nice enough but really did not ask questions about my past medical and surgery experiences and how they may have contributed to my neuropathy nor even what in her view neuropathy was. She asked me to walk and also to walk in the room which is less than 10 ft so how could she make an evaluation. Basically she said there’s no cure and no way to slow down or stop progression. Waste of time coming there. I wanted the referral to only find someone locally that had experience and success in treating neuropathy and what I got was a quick, you’re already doing everything possible. It may be true but I would never go back to or recommend her to anyone. The front office receptionist was very professional and nice.

Rude, unprofessional, cold, unsympathetic. No exam given and didn't listen to my symptoms, in fact, she replied 'me too, it's normal when I spoke about my eye twitches and leg spasms, as well as in my arm. Really? Me too? Ok. I have MS symptoms and what was done pertaining to tests to rule it out? Nothing. Put me on Neurontin for Fibro.My rheumatologist can do that. She didn't listen to all my symptoms and deep concerns. Very unfriendly. Traumatic experience.

She's got that special touch, where you don't even know what's really going on. And by the time you remember what shes actually doing (sticking needles all over the back of your head/neck), its all over. Plus, if you ask, she just might hook you up with samples of medicine that just might work fir those aggressive migraines

My visit was quick, to the point, and informative.

I’m a 68 year old guy who has struggled with severe headaches since my teens and of all the doctors I’ve seen none ever suggested to have my neck checked out. So dr Jones ordered an mri of my neck and they found some problem areas that very well could be causing my headaches. I was so happy to hear this news that now I can get an injection that will possibly help make these headaches go away . Thank god for dr Jones’s ability and expertise in my diagnosis I truly trust her with my neurological care.

I really appreciate Dr Rebecca Jones guiding me through all the challenges of having MS. MS is not friendly whatsoever. It really throws you off the good path you had envisioned and we’re experiencing for yourself. And then you’re not on that path all of the sudden. And you need to rely on others. You need some help in managing the struggles this disease brings with it. You need someone in your corner and on your side to get you through everything. Someone who can calm your soul and make you feel like everything is going to be OK and be handled. The main person on your team needs to be a qualified specialist, a qualified specialist physician, in the arena of MS. A qualified neurologist who specializes in MS, research, and the best and most appropriate medicines available, and who also understands MS patient needs. And who seems to care for them. In my experience with Dr Jones, she’s the one who fills all these requirements. I’m humbled and fortunate she took on my case. I can relax a little knowing she’s on my side, that she’s looking out for me, and pointing me in the right direction, and takes time to answer questions I have. I was referred to Dr Jones by my other neurologist. I found her practice staff to be very warm, put me at ease, checked me in quickly and overall great. I think Dr Rebecca Jones was such a down to earth and kind person and her knowledge if medications and my ppms disorder was so helpful. She suggested a medication that could help me with the fatigue I have due to MS. I found her to be a wonderful neurologist I can add to my care plan. In the appointments I have had with her, she has been punctual, caring, has taken the time to truly listen to me when discussing my symptoms, is extremely knowledgeable, has outlined recommendations, and together discussed and agreed upon plans to implement. The diagnostic appointments needed based on our agreed upon plan were scheduled and held, both in her office and with an outside provider. In my follow-up appointment with Dr Jones herself after all the testing, she discussed results of the testing in language I could understand, she discussed updated recommendations and potential options for my issues, and followed through on implementing what we discussed. I even got a follow-up text that the medication I was prescribed had been sent and to which pharmacy (by name, address, and phone number. That is superb customer service. I am so comfortable with Dr Zuniga. She actually knows who I am health history wise as well as personally. She listens, (and her responses to me shows that she really listens) and takes what I am saying and asking seriously and doesn’t just glaze over them. I do not feel rushed with her. I also want to complement the staff. They are all smart, good natured and seem to really enjoy where they are and what they are doing. This clinic runs like a good clinic should run (and this is not common these days). I have told my PCP about Dr Zuniga and this clinic as being a reliable place to refer any neuro patients to.

Dr Jones is o e of the Mostar g Dr’s I have gone too, she is concerned about me as a person and a patient. After my stroke in 2024 she made it a point to find how I was doing and trying to help me in any way should could.

She is very understanding and helpful.

Having been on the sell side in neurology I would highly recommend Dr. Jones. She is direct and took the time to answer my questions. Having 2 mayo Doctors open an office is a tremendous thing. Rather than the time burden of Barrow, Mayo, or Honor (all great) the practice here was expedient and responsive. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Zuniga is very knowledgeable. I'm sure that she is extremely skilled in her field. However for me her interactions are not there. I feel that she needs to talk to me as a friend. By saying that I mean I left the office feeling like there was no hope in my physical problem. I made an appointment for 6 months but why? Like I said earlier, no give on her part to make me feel mentally better. I guess to summarize why spend the time or money for very little in return.

Stern and grim. Never smiled or eye contact on arrival. I had a specific worry or concern which I tried to convey to her and all she said was "well it doesn't work that way" and shut me down.

I was able to ask many questions and even had her (Dr. Jones) to spell certain nutrients and vitamins that needed to be increased in my daily intake for maximum health benefits. I felt understood and heard. She even gave me helpful feedback on how to keep my hair soft when I swim daily.

Dr Jones is the best doctor to see for MS. I’m so lucky to have found her. My insurance changed and I had to leave Mayo Clinic so I’ve been trying to find a new neurologist. After a few Dr,s I tried I was just gonna have to settle until I was referred to Dr. Jones. This is my first visit to this neurologist. Dr. Jones is amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like she cared about me and she even gave me samples of medicine until I got mine. The nurse I had in the room while waiting for the doctor was also great. I really love this doctor and I don’t feel like I’m settling! The reason I only gave four stars is because the staff upfront was not friendly in anyway. People that go to a neurologist usually have a serious problem. They’re not just going to get a runny nose checked. Having MS or some other disease is a very scary thing, I personally feel a certain way when I have to go to these appointments and I would like to be treated kindly. When I arrived, I stood in front of the desk for a couple minutes looking the receptionist while she looked at her computer. All she could’ve done was say hi there I’ll be right with you. She’s literally a foot away from me(I am taller than her computer screen) so she knows I was standing there. When she was finally ready to help me, she looked at me and says yah, so that was my first impression of this office. Then when I was leaving, I had to ask a question and the guy acted like I was just bothering him.

She was attentive, thorough, patient & understanding. Good visit.
