I basically felt the Dr was wanting to get out of there as quickly as possible. She was nice enough but really did not ask questions about my past medical and surgery experiences and how they may have contributed to my neuropathy nor even what in her view neuropathy was. She asked me to walk and also to walk in the room which is less than 10 ft so how could she make an evaluation. Basically she said there’s no cure and no way to slow down or stop progression. Waste of time coming there. I wanted the referral to only find someone locally that had experience and success in treating neuropathy and what I got was a quick, you’re already doing everything possible. It may be true but I would never go back to or recommend her to anyone. The front office receptionist was very professional and nice.

Rude, unprofessional, cold, unsympathetic. No exam given and didn't listen to my symptoms, in fact, she replied 'me too, it's normal when I spoke about my eye twitches and leg spasms, as well as in my arm. Really? Me too? Ok. I have MS symptoms and what was done pertaining to tests to rule it out? Nothing. Put me on Neurontin for Fibro.My rheumatologist can do that. She didn't listen to all my symptoms and deep concerns. Very unfriendly. Traumatic experience.

She's got that special touch, where you don't even know what's really going on. And by the time you remember what shes actually doing (sticking needles all over the back of your head/neck), its all over. Plus, if you ask, she just might hook you up with samples of medicine that just might work fir those aggressive migraines

My visit was quick, to the point, and informative.

I’m a 68 year old guy who has struggled with severe headaches since my teens and of all the doctors I’ve seen none ever suggested to have my neck checked out. So dr Jones ordered an mri of my neck and they found some problem areas that very well could be causing my headaches. I was so happy to hear this news that now I can get an injection that will possibly help make these headaches go away . Thank god for dr Jones’s ability and expertise in my diagnosis I truly trust her with my neurological care.

Dr. Jones has a lovely temperament and cares about her patients. She tried very hard to get me the migraine medicine I needed. I will keep going to her and change insurance if I ever need to so I can keep her as my doctor.

I really appreciate Dr Rebecca Jones guiding me through all the challenges of having MS. MS is not friendly whatsoever. It really throws you off the good path you had envisioned and we’re experiencing for yourself. And then you’re not on that path all of the sudden. And you need to rely on others. You need some help in managing the struggles this disease brings with it. You need someone in your corner and on your side to get you through everything. Someone who can calm your soul and make you feel like everything is going to be OK and be handled. The main person on your team needs to be a qualified specialist, a qualified specialist physician, in the arena of MS. A qualified neurologist who specializes in MS, research, and the best and most appropriate medicines available, and who also understands MS patient needs. And who seems to care for them. In my experience with Dr Jones, she’s the one who fills all these requirements. I’m humbled and fortunate she took on my case. I can relax a little knowing she’s on my side, that she’s looking out for me, and pointing me in the right direction, and takes time to answer questions I have. There’s no cure for MS, and it may get more challenging for me. I just feel like Dr Jones is going to be right there in the fight with me too. If you’re reading this, I hope you have her on your side. She should be your MS Neurologist, Specialist, Physician. I recommend Dr Rebecca Jones.

I was referred to Dr Jones by my other neurologist. I found her practice staff to be very warm, put me at ease, checked me in quickly and overall great. I think Dr Rebecca Jones was such a down to earth and kind person and her knowledge if medications and my ppms disorder was so helpful. She suggested a medication that could help me with the fatigue I have due to MS. I found her to be a wonderful neurologist I can add to my care plan. She talked with me at length to make sure I had a chance to ask wuestions The only complaint I have is how far her facility is on E bell Rd. There needs to be more doctors like Dr. Jones. She listens to her patients. She meets her patients where they are in their medical journey, instead of trying to fit a patient into her wheelhouse. And when she doesn’t have an answer, she will admit it and find someone who might possibly have an answer. She’s very well connected and respected in the medical community. She leaves her ego checked at the door. It’s sadly become more rare these days to feel heard and cared for by your doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone who might need neurological care.

Was my first session ever, really didn't have any expectations for what I was getting myself into. She was quite professional with her needle sticking skills. And whenever the next injection was gonna be painful, she'd inform me before, so I could mentally prepare myself. So in conclusion, for it being my first time, I was pleased with thr results. So now I pray these injections will be a positive towards neutralizing my migraines from now on.

Listened, offer suggestions. I’d like more specifics on my feelings in my feet. I don’t think an anxiety medication would help the feelings in my feet. A little confused about what medication I’m asking for. In the past weeks body tension has subsided and balance is the big issue. Help!

Dr. Zuniga was wonder. She was so gentle with my sore feet and especially my toes . Confirmed I do have neuropathy. Lined up tests to get some help for me. And to hopefully figure out what all is going on with my legs, feet, toes and ankles. She speaks softly and explained in terms I understood, and made me feel assured I was finally going to get some real help. Her voice made me calm down, as I was so nervous about talking to her today. In the appointments I have had with her, she has been punctual, caring, has taken the time to truly listen to me when discussing my symptoms, is extremely knowledgeable, has outlined recommendations, and together discussed and agreed upon plans to implement. The diagnostic appointments needed based on our agreed upon plan were scheduled and held, both in her office and with an outside provider. In my follow-up appointment with Dr Jones herself after all the testing, she discussed results of the testing in language I could understand, she discussed updated recommendations and potential options for my issues, and followed through on implementing what we discussed. I even got a follow-up text that the medication I was prescribed had been sent and to which pharmacy (by name, address, and phone number. That is superb customer service. And she has made sure all my questions have been answered each time. I have always felt valued as a patient and the practice portrays a warm and welcoming environment. I am so comfortable with Dr Zuniga. She actually knows who I am health history wise as well as personally. She listens, (and her responses to me shows that she really listens) and takes what I am saying and asking seriously and doesn’t just glaze over them. I do not feel rushed with her. I also want to complement the staff. They are all smart, good natured and seem to really enjoy where they are and what they are doing. This clinic runs like a good clinic should run (and this is not common these days). I have told my PCP about Dr Zuniga and this clinic as being a reliable place to refer any neuro patients to.

My insurance changed and I had to leave Mayo Clinic so I’ve been trying to find a new neurologist. After a few Dr,s I tried I was just gonna have to settle until I was referred to Dr. Jones. This is my first visit to this neurologist. Dr. Jones is amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like she cared about me and she even gave me samples of medicine until I got mine. The nurse I had in the room while waiting for the doctor was also great. I really love this doctor and I don’t feel like I’m settling! The reason I only gave four stars is because the staff upfront was not friendly in anyway. People that go to a neurologist usually have a serious problem. They’re not just going to get a runny nose checked. Having MS or some other disease is a very scary thing, I personally feel a certain way when I have to go to these appointments and I would like to be treated kindly. When I arrived, I stood in front of the desk for a couple minutes looking the receptionist while she looked at her computer. All she could’ve done was say hi there I’ll be right with you. She’s literally a foot away from me(I am taller than her computer screen) so she knows I was standing there. When she was finally ready to help me, she looked at me and says yah, so that was my first impression of this office. Then when I was leaving, I had to ask a question and the guy acted like I was just bothering him.

Dr. Jones is the kindest, most caring doctor o have. And I have quite a few doctors. Dr Jones listens to what you have to say and responds with solutions. I highly recommend Dr Jones and her staff.

My experience with Rebecca Jones was stellar as always She is very pleasant and helpful with her questions and advice. She really has made me feel comforted and at ease since my diagnosis of MS in March of 2023. I am so very grateful for her expertise and to have her as my doctor.

She was a very kind and compassionate doctor who correctly diagnosed me in the beginning, and a year later, I met with her again, and we noted how my hands were not shaking anymore. I explained how I write better now and can pour a glass of water, and it won't spill around the glass because I am very steady now with my hands.

She seemed interested in getting more information to make her assessment. She ordered MRI of my spine & asked if I would come back to review findings. Dr Leslie Zuniga is awesome! She is very thorough and great bedside manner. Very sweet and patient with you when you ask questions.

We have a very complicated seizure history with many other health issues. Dr. Jones straight up said he needs an epileptologist as she wants the best care for him. Her office will get him in to another clinic with what he needs. How great it is for a Doctor to be so honest and not dabble in your care. I am betting that if you choose her for your care you will very happy and heard.

Dr Rebecca Jones has a fantastic bedside manner. She listened to my concerns and did a thorough job explaining my health issues. She made sure that all of my questions were answered. She went above and beyond in recommending a surgeon for me to talk to.

Dr. Jones is ON POINT. She solved a 14 year long headache that I had by going over my options and let me select the option that best fit my life (Botox). When I started having issues with my epilepsy, she took the time to discuss with me what I felt was going on, and then worked with me to try something new. She has been very patient and kind. She isn't one of those doctors who makes you schedule unnecessary appointments. She is a pleasure to have on my medical team!

I have Multiple Sclerosis which will sometimes cause random issues to come up that I need to call my neurologist. I love that when I leave a message with their office, Dr Zuniga always gets back to me promptly and helps me figure out what is causing the issues. She seems to actually take an interest in my well being.

Dr. Jones is an anomaly in today’s healthcare environment. Shockingly, her schedule seems to frequently be on time. She maintains eye contact. She asks questions. She delivers Information confidently, but leaves room for your interpretation. If only she had the time to be teaching other physicians how to deliver quality care.

Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable. Takes her time and explains every step. Highly recommend too soon to see if treatment has helped, but I have noticed a decrease in the severity and frequency of my migraines.
