I am so comfortable with Dr Zuniga. She actually knows who I am health history wise as well as personally. She listens, (and her responses to me shows that she really listens) and takes what I am saying and asking seriously and doesn’t just glaze over them. I do not feel rushed with her. I also want to complement the staff. They are all smart, good natured and seem to really enjoy where they are and what they are doing. This clinic runs like a good clinic should run (and this is not common these days). I have told my PCP about Dr Zuniga and this clinic as being a reliable place to refer any neuro patients to.

Dr Jones is o e of the Mostar g Dr’s I have gone too, she is concerned about me as a person and a patient. After my stroke in 2024 she made it a point to find how I was doing and trying to help me in any way should could.

Dr. Zuniga is very knowledgeable. I'm sure that she is extremely skilled in her field. However for me her interactions are not there. I feel that she needs to talk to me as a friend. By saying that I mean I left the office feeling like there was no hope in my physical problem. I made an appointment for 6 months but why? Like I said earlier, no give on her part to make me feel mentally better. I guess to summarize why spend the time or money for very little in return.

Stern and grim. Never smiled or eye contact on arrival. I had a specific worry or concern which I tried to convey to her and all she said was "well it doesn't work that way" and shut me down.

My insurance changed and I had to leave Mayo Clinic so I’ve been trying to find a new neurologist. After a few Dr,s I tried I was just gonna have to settle until I was referred to Dr. Jones. This is my first visit to this neurologist. Dr. Jones is amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like she cared about me and she even gave me samples of medicine until I got mine. The nurse I had in the room while waiting for the doctor was also great. I really love this doctor and I don’t feel like I’m settling! The reason I only gave four stars is because the staff upfront was not friendly in anyway. People that go to a neurologist usually have a serious problem. They’re not just going to get a runny nose checked. Having MS or some other disease is a very scary thing, I personally feel a certain way when I have to go to these appointments and I would like to be treated kindly. When I arrived, I stood in front of the desk for a couple minutes looking the receptionist while she looked at her computer. All she could’ve done was say hi there I’ll be right with you. She’s literally a foot away from me(I am taller than her computer screen) so she knows I was standing there. When she was finally ready to help me, she looked at me and says yah, so that was my first impression of this office. Then when I was leaving, I had to ask a question and the guy acted like I was just bothering him.

She was attentive, thorough, patient & understanding. Good visit.

Dr.Jones is a exceptional Neurologists that practices in the greater Phoenix Area. Dr. Jones is ON POINT. She solved a 14 year long headache that I had by going over my options and let me select the option that best fit my life (Botox). She isn't one of those doctors who makes you schedule unnecessary appointments. She is a pleasure to have on my medical team!

I love that when I leave a message with their office, Dr Zuniga always gets back to me promptly and helps me figure out what is causing the issues. Complete waste of time, I was referred to this office and when I spoke to the doctor, she asked me why I was there and looked like she had no idea why I was there, she had no referral paperwork or a tablet or anything and told me if I stop drinking I won’t have seizures, but my concern is that there may be underlying issues and if that’s the case, and there was no point in me going to this office. However, the doctor seemed clueless as to why I was there and over the last two days I’ve been going back-and-forth between my primary care and this office and have yet to get any results on what to do moving forward, I had two seizures and had to be hospitalized for nearly a week, And the doctor pretty much just sent me out the door not even trying to address any other underlying medical issues or concerns. Very disappointing to me. It was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I went to the office on 32nd street, very easy to find. Office was really nice, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The nurse that did the intake was also very nice and sweet. We talked about different medications and supplements as well to help reduce my 8-12 migraine days a month. Once I got to the office, everything was on time and done well. I have an issue with the inability to confirm appt on line which should stop all reminders like at other healthcare offices. I received texts and emails and phone calls without the ability to confirm over text or email. A huge bummer. Then I had to call back to a phone call reminder because I was unable to pick up when called. When I called back to confirm, I had to go through several steps to confirm. A total waste of my time.

There’s no better MS physician than Dr Rebecca Jones. She spends more time with me than any other doctor ever has, while I navigate the complications, concerns, and physical limitations of this unfair disease named Multiple Sclerosis. She’s completely thorough addressing what I can expect with having MS and my challenges I will face in the future, all the while prescribing the necessary treatments, medicines, wheelchair, tests, MRI’s, and adjunct imaging, and more. All of this and all the while being a caring person, friend, and doctor. I’m so lucky to have found her. I’m forever grateful. Wow! She was the best. Dr. Jones was professional, but personable, kind, and so thorough! After switching to her office due to an awful experience with a hostile neurologist from a different place, we were quite relieved and very pleased. Not only was Dr. Jones exceptional, but the office staff are outgoing and helpful. The Center for Neurology and Spine on Bell Road is an outstanding choice if you’re in need.

This was my first visit and I was pleased with the office, staff and Dr. I was seen promptly and my concerns were taken seriously. I was asked questions and given the option for my follow up care. This office feels very organized and works as a team. I look forward to continued contact!

My first visit and I’m so impressed by what the dr noticed about me just by looking at me.

Dr. Zuniga is wonderful! I have a few rare diseases and she was able to sort through the mess they caused to help me find relief from the stabbing and twitching episodes I had been having while also making sure nothing to serious was going on. I have been having problems since I was 2 years old and she is the first doctor to actually take me seriously and look for the problem. I would highly recommend her.
